I’m Matt Green, the founder and owner of Evergreen Homebuyers, a trusted real estate investment company serving Buffalo and all of Western New York. My passion for real estate began early, sparked by the historic architecture and untapped potential of Downtown Niagara Falls. With more than 15 years of experience, I specialize in fix-and-flips, subdivision development, and new home construction—always with a focus on revitalizing communities and creating win-win solutions for homeowners.

In 2020, during the challenges of COVID, I proudly renovated and opened a Niagara Falls SPoT Coffee franchise. What was once a forgotten souvenir shop was reimagined into a modern, welcoming café that quickly became part of the heartbeat of the community. This project reflected the same vision that drives Evergreen Homebuyers: bringing new life to properties and places that deserve a second chance.

Outside of real estate, I live in Niagara County with my wife, Emily, a full-time nurse at a hospital in Buffalo, NY. Together, we enjoy hiking the Niagara Gorge, exploring the local shops and restaurants along Center Street in Lewiston, and staying connected with the community we call home.
